Go and amuse yourselves, go see this film.
I went last night with two friends and it was definitely the most fun I have had watching a film in quite a while.
If you are a guy I recommend taking a (slightly) childish female friend with you as they can be as amusing as the film itself!

Just got back from Cambridge, which was quite the successful trip, despite missing a third of this years CULES performance as my SatNav took me to a very wrong huntingdon road, it was still really good fun.
The performances as always were stellar and as amusing as they should be considering that John Cleese and quite a few other well known comics have passed through the society.
My only gripe was the fact that the trees were too loud…
To top off what was a great day, following the CULES garden party hidden somewhere in a garden in the labarynth of streets that is Cambridge, my friend and member of CULES and I decided to ‘go for a drive’ to clear the mind.
On our way to a hidden location (which is actually Golf course hidden in the middle of nowhere) we drove past Lolworth. We were tempted to go and visit but I wanted to make it to the course before the sun set. Next time I am near Cambridge I am going to investigate this place.
So as I think I have now said 3 times, it was an ace weekend.
To think that I will be in Germany in 2 weeks fills me with joy for many reasons :)
Also I will get some of my photos up again soon, there are so many to sort it is taking a while… sorry.

So, tonight = anti night.
It is my friends 20th today so the plan was simple, go out, drink and have a good time!
Oh but how often do easy plans turn into quite the opposite.
So the evening starts with me frantically finishing off an update on my dissertation, as my tutor has requested it for this weekend. Done by 9 pm I was informed my friend would be in Hammersmith at 11 30 - fair game they had been drinking and were making a small detour to a ‘friend’.
Just as I get there - 5 mins early as always.
Yet at this stage I am told by one of his female companions he is sick after smoking something which did not agree.
So I get to make the whole journey home all over again.
In total a lovely 2 hour round trip sightseeing if you will.
However in another twist, once I am home I shall be hopping in my car to meet this friend at another friends house. He is feeling better.
Tonight has been very strange indeed.
Let’s hope it doesn’t get too strange although I shall not complain if cherry flavoured tobacco is involved!
I would like to say thanks to abernhardt.tumblr.com for keeping me company on the trip there and unexpectedly on the way back. This journey would have been quite the bore and not at all amusing had she not been around :)
